Before the outline planning application is submitted to West Suffolk Council, we are inviting members of the public to have their say. All comments received will be actively considered and will inform the final outline planning application. The easiest way to provide feedback is completing our online questionnaire below, but other options are available as detailed at the bottom of this page.

Notwithstanding the guiding principles contained within the approved Masterplan and relevant Adopted Local Plan policy, we welcome your views on the draft Parameter Plans which will accompany the outline planning application. Please familarise yourself with our Main FAQs which provide an overview of what is to be determined at the outline planning application stage.
