Design
The proposed Masterplan contains an array of broad design guidance which can be used by future architects and designers to incorporate the various elements that characterise the distinctive character of Mildenhall and its surrounding area. This can be differentiated between site-wide and area-specific design guidance.
A range of key characteristics are included to demonstrate how the distinctive character of the area can be incorporated into any future development proposal.
Within the site, seven delineated areas have been illustrated in greater detail to demonstrate how they could be designed to ensure the proposed vision for West Mildenhall is delivered.
